Hi , I kinda got into black hole with Overclocking my card, so here are few questions that bother me :
1: core/memory clocks by default max are 725/1000. Now...when I turn on Afterburner, and put the same settings in it (only thing I changed was fan speeds to cool it like I wanted to) I'm getting a lot of glitches in the games. Like image "splitting", little green artifacts all over the screen... they go away after alt+tab but they come back. why? settings are the same basically?
2: when I actually tried overclocking, up to 825/1100 , of course I had to boost voltage a bit , and went 10 by 10 Mhz. Funny thing is, sometimes it works just perfectly, whole day for example... then after few hours when computer is turned off, everything goes kaboom again...artifacts and all that. I'm running latest drivers I could find.
games I tested it on were Crysis2 with dx11 and texture pack on ultra, far cry 3 , LoL ( that thing just keeps getting glitches no matter what I do ). Running on Windows 7 Ultimate.
Any tips how to get it to be stable and clocked?
