Hey guys! I just picked up a new graphics card today but ever since putting it in, my PC has been shutting down 10-15 minutes into gaming. (I am playing BF4 if this helps.) I know for a fact it is not a temp issue. The CPU never goes over 55C and the graphics card is around 60C. At this point I am clueless as to what to do next. The new card I have is a Geforce 650 Ti.

Let me know if you need any more info and I will do my best to help. I bought a parts kit but had it put together by a friend about a year and a half ago.

If you have another PSU try and see If the issue still persist. Personally I would use at least 750 watts. I always buy 100 watts more than I think I'll need. just to be on the safe side. Best of luck. Any more questions please feel free.

Check this tier list --
EggXpert Tiered PSU List
Your PSU goes in the 5th tier.
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
Change it asap.
Get a tier 1-3 PSU.

@scoobydenon

That system will guaranteedly not need more than 450W of power.
Do not mislead others.

@OP

Get a tier 1-3 450W PSU.
