Hi guys,

I have spent few recent days looking for a suitable PSU for my 2 PCs, but i'm very bad at this calculating and have failed a couple times. So please help me.... Thanks in advance!
I'm currently have 2 PSU, 1 is FSP HEXA 500, 1 is GS700 v2.

the GS700 v2 is currently used for the 1st PC, its specs :
AMD fX8320
GIGABYTE 970A-D3p
Sapphire HD7870 GHZ 2gb
x2 Gskill 4gb bus 2400
3 HDDs 7200rpm
i have totally 5 fans using mainboard power, 2 of them is for the H80i cooler. Another 4 fans using external adaptor 12v pwer so i think this doesnt count.

The FSP hexa 500 is used for:
AMD fx 6300
ASUS M5A78L-M lx v2
x2 Elixir ram
1hdd 7200rpm
Axle hd 5670
1 case fan

The fist day i bought PSUs, i tried to connect the Hexa to the 1st PC, it worked for maximum of 12 minutes, sometimes cannot boot. So i came up with the GS700 and now it work fine.So the questions are:

- However, i didnt make a full test for gaming with the second fx6300 case and i dont reallly have time for this work. So can you guys tell me will it work well with gaming? My brother just play LOL and some web games. I have to give him this case tomorrow, i bought it under my mom's order :( ...... seriously

- I have another Sapphire hd7850 which is originally for the fx6300 case. If i want to use it for the frx6300 case, how mamy watts do i need to run it with gaming setting for a long time ( maybe 12hrs to 15hrs ). My vendors have corsair VS450v2,vs550v2, gs600,700,800 v2, TX750M and ACbel R9 1100.

- If i want to use that 7850 to crossfire with the 7870 ( i knew it would be downclocked) then is my GS700 can run it with gaming well (BF4, COD ghost or Total war Rome II)

Thank you in advance !

My vendor whom i bought those stuffs had said those 2 pcs run well with hexa 500..... and the day after i came to buy a GS700. F him >_<

TX 750M will support your needs.

If you want a lot of extra power for future upgrades grab the ACbel R9 1100.

This is because hexa is some unknown, unwanted, untrustworthy psu and I bet it can not even provide sufficient amps on the +12V rail.

However on the other side, Corsair Gs700 is an enthusiast gaming psu that can withstand sufficient load from the rig with any video card thrown at it.

Never go for such brands that are cheap and comes with free-bees (if any). Get a good standard psu either from these makes Corsair (except CX series), XFX, Seasonic, Antec
