Hello, guys!

This is going to be my first build. I am going to be using this computer for gaming mostly at first and then move on to video editing and maybe video and audio recording. I just want to make sure that all of the parts are compatible or if there are any other parts that would be cheaper with the same amount of power or if there would be anything more powerful for the same price. I really don't want to go much higher than what I already have.

Here's the list:

CPU Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core $219.98
Motherboard Asus H87-PLUS ATX LGA1150 $109.98
Memory Corsair XMS3 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 $69.99
Storage Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM $59.65
Video Card PNY GeForce GTX 760 2GB $239.49
Case Fractal Design Core 3000 USB 3.0 (Black) ATX Mid Tower $39.99
Case Fan Aerocool Shark 120mm Red 82.6 CFM 120mm $13.98
Aerocool Shark 82.6 CFM 120mm $12.28
Power Supply CoolMax 700W ATX12V / EPS12V $44.99
Optical Drive LG GH24NSB0 DVD/CD Writer $15.99
Operating System Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit) $84.98

Thank everyone!

Right now, it is about $950. I would prefer not to go too far above $1000.

That is not the best build under your budget because:

1-FX 8320 is a better cpu interms of gaming/rendering than A10-6800K
2-R9 280X completely slaughters GTX 760
3-XFX PSU's are more trustworthy

That AMD A10-6800k is weaker. Also the Cooler Master case may be more "aesthetic" for a better looking computer!
