My Suggestion would be to simply set it to run at 10-11-10-30 @2133 and 1.55~1.6v Would need to know more about your system in order to fully answer how to go about that. But with what you've shown thats as descriptive as I can be.

Sorry for late reply was away all weekend.
Simply go into the bios, there should be a setting for dram speed, set it to 1866.
Then there should be a tab for Dram (or ram) timings, or ram management. There manually enter 10-10-10-28 for the main timings, and see if it will boot.
