my Lenovo ideapad laptop got new problem when I play audio video stuttering and freezing & noise few second continu lake that iam all ready system restore & system formatting all so finish & re install new sound drive but my problem still there

Go to Control Panel and open Uninstall Program to have a look at your installed programs list.

Look down the list and locate your graphics driver.

Is it an Intel GMA Accelerator?

How many do you see?

If there are two, uninstall the older one, restart and try again.
