i have core 2 duo e7400 2.80 ghz 775 socket type and g31 chipset i want to change graphic card whin i change graphic card radeon hd 5670,5570,5450 will be able to fit ingigabyte ga-g41m

Post your specifications.
If the slot that is required for your cpu is same as the slot of the motherboard, then the processor will fit, guaranteed.
For example, core 2 duo, core 2 quad etc cpu's use the lga775 slot. However don't buy these cpu's; they're outdated.
The i3, i5, i7 processors use the lga 1155 slot, except the 4th generation core processors (the Haswell) which use the lga1150 slot.

The Gigabyte GA G41M motherboard is indeed lga 775, so it should be able to run your processor.
But why are you investing in a LGA 775 board?
They are outdated. Better invest in a lga 1155 board.
Also the board in question does not have pcie 2.0 graphics, which will reduce performance of new graphics cards.
It also does not have SATA III which...
