Hi guys bought a a new motherboard (Gigabyte GA-G41MT-S2PT) and i also got a ram (Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB(CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9)) which did not work 
(http://). Some one suggested me to underclock it to compatible frequency 
but i have no idea how to i tried but still no idea.
Now i'm planning to take a new one of 4 GB the issue is again there are so may out there (Dual channel, single channel, xmp profile ). Since i have learned my lesson i dont and can't mess up this time. I'm looking for a expert help of what is best of out there and that works on my motherboard.
Intel E4500 Core 2 Duo @2.2 GHz 1333Mhz

If you want any other technical data please ask. I use my system to run analysis and simulation software like ANSYS, NASTRAN, creo elements. and yes i game too.
