my intex speaker is not working

hi i own an intex 880w speaker i just got updated my windows version but its an old 1 so my speaker is not working properly and my hcl pc shows me that it should be connected into atapi internal jack but i dont know where it is...

Lets assume that your speakers are working... Did you power up the speaker while using? If not then there might be the problem...

If you did power on it... then it might be the problem with your Audio I/O Port... Then I am afraid that you might want to replace your motherboard with a new one... :(

See to the back of your cabinet there should be a green jack hole where you have to connect your speaker's jack...

See like this one on the right there are 6 ports where you can place your speakers....

Can you tell me full configuration of your PC ?? If you do not know then download SPECCY and open it, click on file, publish snapshot, copy the link... Post the link here so that I can fully understand what is the problem...

i tried the solution that u told me to put in green jack it's not working even in remaining two jack my pc have only three jacks blue,green and pink and thanx for helping me but can u tell a solution

Then there maybe one of the two problems... First, your I/O audio port is broken(not working)... Second, your speakers are not working...

Check if your speakers are working on other computer or not... If not then your speaker is dead...
