I'm looking at getting Cooler Master's just introduced Hyper 103 for my Intel Core i5 4570. It looks great, and I'm keen on getting one soon. But I'm not sure if it will improve the temps that I have right now which are 34 to 36ºC on idle, and 50-55ºC on typical gaming load (never gets over 60ºC).
Reviews are sparse and minimal as I'm writing this, so your opinion would be of great help. Any alternative you can recommend?
Specs of the Cooler Master Hyper 103 are as follows:

Please don't recommend the Hyper 212 Evo, and other similar coolers with big heatsinks. Though my case (storm scout 2) can handle heatsinks upto 6-inches in height, it's my personal preference to keep the CPU cooler I'll be getting as low-profile (and cost-effective) as possible, without the compromise in performance of course.
