what parts should i get for my HD 7950

HI experts,

i had made a huge mistake in the past for buying first the powercolor HD 7950 before getting myself a processor, i only learned eventually that my current cpu will bottleneck the gpu (ikr im a noob)

please suggest to me a processor that will i be buying .. i am planning to get either fx8350 or fx8320.. or would will a fx6300 suffice,..

please suggest based on budget wise and performance wise

please give your opinions on this

The FX 6300 would be plenty strong enough. The FX 8320 would be even better, the 8350 would be even better than that! Give us a budget or you'll just keep getting more expensive suggestions. Like......................... any i5 or i7! haha

My budget is ranging from $200-$250 on processor only..


This is my built so far..
Proc: either fx8350 or fx8320
Mobo: ga-990fxa-ud3
Ram: gskill 2x4gb 1600 cl9
Psu: gs800 (I already have one)
Case: aerocool mechatron
Hsf: DON'T KNOW YET

Please advise ... :) tnx
