Using one of the 15pin power connector, and most of fan comes with the 3pin to 4pin adapter ( like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835228010 ), so you can connect the fan to the 4pin power connector. If the fan does not have then you need to buy one.
