How to install Windows with no dvd drive?

Hey I want to install windows 8.1 on my Mac computer. But since it doesn't have a dvd drive I need to get a digital copy to install from a flash stick. I can only seem to find the dvd oem version. But no digital downloadable version? Can anyone help me out? Thanks!

Thank you so much! So I can buy this and download it to a usb drive? What is the difference between this and oem version?

Windows 7 USB/DVD download tool

The main difference is who you get support from OEM = whoever installed it. In this case, you. Retail = you can ask Microsoft when things go wrong.
