Please help me find what drivers I need

I have the Asus H87-I motherboard and want to know where I can find the latest drivers. I'm using windows 8.1 and I put that in on there website but gave me a billion things to download? Which ones do I need? Here is the link,

Pretty much the newest chipset, lan, audio and SATA drivers.

So for example would I have to download all the sata updates or just the most recent one? So every category it's giving me I should just install the latest drivers?

Just the latest, and on the SATA the smart and rapid response are optional and only based on if you use them. Explained in your manual.
