I got the 620w psu for 59.99 off amazon and now I realize that it is not intel 4th gen ready like the 650w, would there be a much difference between the two?

Solution
Going to be 100% fine, just disable C-States in your mother board BIOS, as the Mi2ii doesn't support Haswell's low efficiency C-States.

Good luck!
I doubt there would be much of a difference. What are your other specs? If you really wanted to you could return it and get the 650W PSU.
