151 System Board Failure

Recently bought an IBM x3550 server. Had this issue where hardrives weren't getting recognized post boot and so I tried replacing the the CMOS battery. I just put a brand new one in and I get a 151 system board failure. (corresponds to battery error) Not really sure what to do now...Battery is replaced and seems to be seate properly in the socket yet I still get the error. Anybody have any suggestions?

Never used Tom's hardware forums before but we're gonna give it a shot...

After replacing the battery set the time and date.

And check System-board and chassis assembly is fine.
