Yes,just the cpu(cabinet,gfx card,RAM,mobo,Harddisk,processor)
i am thinking about :
i5 4570 3.2ghz
G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 4 GB or 8gb or corsair vengeance
gtx 660,660 ti or 760(gfx card price limit 22500)
mobo price not more than 12000 INR
psu around 5000 INR(i think 600 watts be enough)
cabinet around 6000 INR
hdd 1 tb.

i want to be able to play games like battlefield 4 and upcoming games at 1280x1080p res at high settings..

Oh. CPU = Central Processing Unit, it means the same thing as the processor.

Anyway, that build looks good. I'd recommend a B85 or H87 motherboard, eg. ASRock B85 Pro4, or one of the cheaper mATX boards if you need to cut the budget.
And the PSU could be an XFX Core Edition 550W or Corsair CX600.

Thanks ! Reading up a bit about custom cooled R9 290 and sapphire tri-x seems best bet ... But not sure if 450$ card is worth the premium they are asking for in India :/

If I may ask, what made you choose Maximus VI Hero over Z87 Pro ? I was considering Asus Z87 Pro ...
