In advance I can tell you you can't have a capable gaming computer with an Intel CPU in a low budget as you will necessarily have to get a lower end GPU. With this in mind, here is a suggested AMD build.

Video Card: XFX Radeon HD 7950 3GB Video Card (£171.50 @ Amazon UK)
Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case (£47.98 @ Amazon UK)

Thanks. Ill keep that in mind :)
Regarding the video card. What about a solution with the 650ti from nvidia?

The GTX 650ti is a complete rip off. If you want a cheap gaming card go with the Radeon HD 7790 - definately not the 650ti. But otherwise i would suggest going with the 7870.
Look at how the 7790 is miles better than the GTX 650ti:

This; AMD makes good price to performance graphics cards.

These are both very good GPU's - the GTX 670 is significantly better though.

I would spend around 200 pounds on the video card. Do you think would be better 670, or a 7790 in crossfire?
What would be more future proof?

The GTX 670 will definitely be more future proof than two 7790's in CF - The GTX 670 is also a LOT faster than two 7790's combined. I would go with the GTX 670, and when you feel like upgrading you can just get another GTX 670 and run them in SLI.
