My PC monitor broke last week
So after searching for a replacement I found out that my PC can be hooked up to my TV screen with an HDMI wire from my DVD player.
So all relieved I started up my PC, then I saw that my automatic resolution was 1360x768 which is waaaaaay too low for me.
After going to a higher resolution I found out that my screen is ''fucked up''.
Just for some comfort I will post a picture right here: http://s23.postimg.org/i9q630p3f/IMG_0213.jpg
TV model: Samsung le32d403e2w

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Solution
Go in to Catalyst Control Center under "My Digital Flat-Panels."

Click on "Scaling Options" and find the value that allows all of the screen to fit.
