Help!! Monetize Thunder Force IV Youtube

Sorry if this question isn't that gaming related, but I don't know who to turn to. I'm trying to monetize my vídeo of a music in the 1992 videogame, Thunder Force IV, but Youtube keeps asking me for commercialization rights. This is impossible, seen that the developer has gone bankrupt in 2001 (Tecnosoft). What can I do? I've tried telling Youtube that the company has ceased to exist, but they still ask me for the rights to post the vídeo.
Any help is greatly apreciated.

Looks like the company was purchased by another (Twenty-one Company and was merged into its R&D division).
