I recently purchased a refurbished gtx 670 FTW 4gb vram graphics card to upgrade from my gtx 650 1gb. I picked it up today and my friend told me that all I had to do was plug and play the new card. So I proceeded to remove the old gtx 650 from my case. I had to disconnect and move one of the SATA HDDs (primary) to make room for this behemoth as its 2x the length of the 650. I snapped it in and plugged in the 2x 6-pin power cables, plugged in the display cable to the back and turned the baby on. A black screen is all i got, with no response from the moniter. Then after 10 seconds the PC rebooted and stayed on after that. I didn't hear any beeps on either startup so I was beginning to think it was a power. Consumption is ~500 w and I'm running a 700w PSU so I figured it wasn't the issue. Then I started to browse the web to troubleshoot and decided to try resetting the CMOS on my motherboard. Did that... No change. I've tried unplugging every component and plugging them back in. No fix... I saw that uninstalling old drivers might be the issue so I popped the 670 out of the case and put in the old 650 to get rid of the drivers. Now the issue is affecting my old graphics card and I can't even startup to get into the BIOS to check settings. On every first startup with either the 650 or 670 the computer restarts after 10 seconds and stays on. And As far as I can tell there is no connection for the moniter to the motherboard for a straight integrated graphics startup. Please help me I'm stuck without a working computer now, here are my specs:
