laptop wont start up at all. l.e.d. lite up for about 20 seconds then stop. maybe power supply is bad ?
it just came in mail. battery installed. seemed un-damaged so I tried to start it up.
the l.e.d. lites at front ' lit up ' for about 20 seconds. then stop.
cant go past this first step. the a.c. cords all look good, no exposed wires.
the laptop is only a couple years old & everything looks good.
