i want a good graphics card that i can play battle field arma and minecraft at a alright FPS please help i know black Friday id right a round the corner so i know there are some good cheap cards out there i just don't know what one to get

You also have the gtx 770 as a choice, although its more expensive it will give you nearly same performance as r9 280x. When it comes to bf4, the r9 280x wins as bf4 will release mantle support in december so AMD cards will have better performance than equivalent nvidia cards.
