- Hook up your computer (laptop or desktop) with your router using LAN cable.
- Open Chroms/IE/Opera, any browser.
- Type 192.168.1.1
- Log in your router setting with username and password. Your router may have preset ID and password printed on its label. Actually it may even have wireless password as well. Otherwise, you may reset the router, and use default ID and password. You can look them up on your ISP website.
- Go to wireless set up. Probably advanced tab. You can find the password there, or set up a new one.

Assuming the router is yours, at worst you can reset to to factory defaults. Its manual, almost certainly available online, will show the procedure. Remember to re-enable security on it, as many routers are entirely open by default, and their default passwords are publicly available.
If the router is not yours, there is nothing we can do here to help you. Ask the owner for the password and permission to use his wireless signal.
