Hard to say , haven't seen any benches to compare them , heres one with the Titan , to give you an idea , the 780ti will be faster than the titan of course but you can make a rough estimate.

Honestly i would say go for the GTX780ti, SLI is just a lot more hassle then its worth when it comes to gaming because you end up going into stuttering problems/slow driver support and it just becomes irritating, i'm going to be selling my 2 gtx680's and getting a 780ti next month.
Edit: don't get me wrong, when SLI is working correctly its wonderful, but its not always the case unfortunately.
