Sure.
My specs are:
Amd radeon 7850 2gb (very slight overclock)
I5 2500k stock clock
Asrock z77 extreme 4-m
16gb of 1333mhz ram
1Tb seagate barracuda 7200rpm hardrive
Corsair cx 600 80+ bronze psu
I have the latest graphic drivers and the latest motherboard bios.
If you were wondering, it is not an overheating issue. Temps are all normal. I just can't think of what it might be apart from the Gpu or motherboard.

I tried safe mode and everything seems fine accept for the audio device service being not available which I'm sure is normal seeing as windows only uses the main drivers to operate in safe mode. And also my screen resolution changed to the lowest Rez. Which again, I think is normal. (First time in safe mode) I tried to uninstall my gpu driver again today and it happened again... Just before it happens I get 2 beeps, low pitch beeps, not sure if that's anything. But I noticed after having to hard reboot yet again, my monitor was still green which means I still should have a signal. Also, I checked device manager and nothing is marked yellow but in my display adapters I have my intergrated graphics and my dedicated gpu. Shouldn't I only have one? I think windows just looses signal with my gpu and then goes to my intergrated when it should only be using my gpu. I have no idea. The last thing I noticed after hard resetting when uninstalling my drivers was when I logged back into windows, I wasn't using Aero theme, I was using basic instead.

I managed to remove the drivers this time but I could only do it through contol panel and selecting in CCC in remove program's. it worked without going black. Also, I noticed that when I tried uninstalling using the AMD utility it always went black and also it went black when removing the drivers the standard way, when it gives you 2 options to install or uninstall, it went black even then. This is where things get weird, when I rebooted after I had the black screens being annoyed as hell, I went into MSI afterburner to check if my drivers had still been removed despite the black screen and reboot. Turns out, it did! Msi didn't recognise the graphic driver but I went into my downloads section and the driver 13.9 is still visible, so it must only delete some of the driver. Anyway, like I said before, I tried out uninstalling through control panel and then using the AMD utility and it seems all the parts of the driver is uninstalled. Weird? As for the safe mode, I haven't tried that yet but I'll try it soon.

I did it using MSI Afterburner. And I haven't undone it. I don't think that's the problem though because I was getting the driver blackouts and blackouts in tomb raider before I even decided to overclock the card about 30mhz.
