Can I run GTA IV ??

Hello everybody,
I own a Toshiba C660-249 laptop and I really want to play GTA IV on it. As I am a student, I don't have much money for another PC so I just wanted to know if would be able to play GTA IV without too much lag :

Intel core i3 370M
Ati radeon hd 5470
8gb DDR3 1333mhz RAM
Windows 7 ultimate 64bit
1368x768 screen

Also, if my pc cannot handle it, can you recommend me a tweak/mods to make it run rather smoothly ??

I am sorry to say, but I don't think you would be able to play GTA IV. . . but hey give it a shot at least, I would suggest downloading Razer Game Booster. It basically shuts down all the unessential programs running in the background giving you a FPS boost.
Note: GTA IV is very CPU dependent.

Like my fellow members said already, it will most likely be laggy.

There are tons of mods and other tweaks that will help you to run the game decently in various sites. Just Google 'GTA IV mods' or performance tweaks and you can go ahead from there.
