HDMI Works before Windows 7 Log On Screen, but "No Signal" once hits log on!

I have this problem with AMD Radeon HD 6410D and Windows 7 x64 with a HDMI 1.4 cable

when I connect PC to my Samsung Ue32f5000 TV.

Try to install the GPU driver. http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows+7+-+64

Also the chipset driver from intel https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=20775

Or AMD chipset driver http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/chipset?os=Windows+8+-+32

Hello... The monitor and TV output choices needs to be switched in "Display" using Windows software window "Screen Resolution"... right click your desktop for window option..

Hello...
1) right click your Desktop screen...
2) left Click Screen Resolution...
3) Change the order of items listed in the "Display" box...
4) "Apply" settings...
5) exit Windows, and plug in and turn on your TV Monitor, Restart windows.

This is your Multi-Screen control settings screen.
IF you choose "Duplicate these displays" in the "Multiple displays" box, Windows will Boot and show on both Computer Monitor and TV.

Doesn't work. I don't understand why it doesn't take resolution in automatic and why it works fine in provvisory mode.
