Bottlenecking is the issue?

I have:

GTX 570
6gb ddr2 800Hz ram
AMD Black Edition 3.0 GHz cpu
1TB 7200 RPM HD
Some Gigabyte mobo

I feel like I need to upgrade part(s) to benefit all around. Help?

Your GPU should get you medium to high settings in most modern games.

The CPU and ddr2 RAM is holding you back.

What brand is he PSU? this is important.

I would get an fx-6300, cheap am3+ motherboard, and 8gb ddr3 RAM

Yes, but it will cost more than 200 to get a low end i5, decent motherboard and RAM.
