My CPU - Intel Core i5-4670K @ 3.40GHz ...... The rest of my specs are: GTX 780, 16gb RAM, Z87-HD3 Motherboard, Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit... Is my i5 processor bottle-necking the rest of my computer?

NO!!!

It is the most recommended gaming CPU to day and can handle the strongest GPU solutions.

I have to agree with the other members. The fact of the matter is it's just not possible.I have a suggestion though if you happen to have a aftermarket cpu cooler try oc to 4.2ghz see if that helps any because some games are cpu hogs while others are gpu hogs .

If you don't already have an SSD and have a hankerin' to upgrade something, get an SSD. Your hair will be blown back by the speed at which your PC boots up, loads applications, copies files, etc etc..
