So I have been thinking of building a PC and I am stuck on a graphics card.

My budget is around $750

So I was thinking about buying the R9 270x, or the R9 280x, or the 7870, or the 7950, or their GTX counterparts. I was also thinking about the 770 but that costs $300. I really don't know what's best for the money. Can anyone help? The CPU I am building this around is the FX6300.

First build: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/1ZpC1

Second build: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/user/DecapitatedApple/saved/2LbC

Third build: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/user/DecapitatedApple/saved/2LbI

And the monitor resolution is going to be 1920x1080, which I assume is regular?

Edit: Sorry, didn't see that you're in Canada, updated info.

I think your 2nd build would be best, but I agree with nikoli707 above, get an Evo, OC your fx 6300 to 4.2Ghz+ and you have yourself a capable PC, the 3TB HDD is good for the money, but if you don't need that much space just get a 1TB to save a bit on cash, since the 7870 tahiti is priced higher in canada, for your GPU if it comes to between 270x and 7870 tahiti/7950, just get whichever is cheapest out of the bunch, would not recommend going lower than those 3 for a new PC though.

But to me it seems your RAM is priced a bit high, but I'm not totally sure of the pricing conditions where you live so if you can get a cheaper set of 1600 then totally go for it.

ok here I shall post a pcpartpicker linker

you have a few items that are overpriced, especially the ram... but the case and hard drive are a tad overpriced. as far as that 7870xt you have in the second build... i just saw that card the other day on sale for like $130. dont use pc parts picker to buy stuff. use techbargains.com

Thanks for pointing that out. May I ask why I shouldn't use pcpartpicker. So which card would you recommend for my current budget?

pcpartpicker isnt updated quick enough for daily deals... as many of the items you have on there go on daily deals for like 20-30% less than the prices you got.

the $120 fx6300 is fine... but you should get a $25-30 hyper 212 cooler to go with it and overclock it to like 4.5ghz
www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131484
here is that tahiti chip amd 7870xt which is just a gimped 7950... its actually a really good card and for that price its an amazing bang for buck and should max out every game at 1080p except for crysis 3 and battlefield 4.... just lower the anti-aliasing for those games a little.

case for $40 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147153
see the promo code?
3tb hard drive for $100 http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1310560&srkey=TSD-3000AS2
make sure the motherboard your looking at getting can support this size drive
