So i was checking out Intel's CPUs at Newegg when i see the Intel i7 cores i see this two, the Intel i7 4770k http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116901 and the i7 4771 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116941 and the 4771 is cheaper than the other one and gives a higher performance, why would it be and is the 4771 better than the 4770k? also can somebody explain the (Turbo) on the 4771? is that like the Quiet and uber modes on the R9 290x? Thanks in advance!! :D

The two processors that you have linked are the same. The only difference is that the 4770k is unlocked (easily overclockable), while the 4771 is locked (not easily overclockable).
Turbo Boost is not like the uber and quiet modes, when your processor needs it (like under full load), it will automatically overclock your processor to perform better. Both processor offer Turbo Boost.
