I was having a problem with my TiVo connecting to the internet..and after days and hours of TiVo service I decided to reset my Motorola 6580 to factory settings after that I lost all internet connectivity. Comcast is no help I asked them to treat the modem as a new install and they said there would be a fee and recommended a service call (another fee) Luckily I still had my old modem..anyone know a fix to this?
