I would like you to tell me that which system will meet my current needs effortlessly keeping in mind the heating, temperature and power consumption...

I am more inclined towards System1 as it in my budget but I can shell out some extra bucks if System2 is way better…

Also advice if i should add some things to this configuration to improve my requirements...

I was already aware of the cpuboss comaprision but still couldnt decide, if u can just tell me which system will effortlessly satisfy all my requirements (sytem1 or system2) and also why is 2x4 GB is more important than 1x8 GB

If the cpuboss comparison isn't enough for you to decide, just go with the cheaper one.
2x4 GB will give you better performance, because the RAM will be operating in dual channel mode, and 2x4 GB kits are generally close to the same price as 1x8 GB sticks.

So as per your advice, i am going with FX-6300, Could you just look into my specs sheet of FX-6300 and tell me are components correct sor you advice me to change or replace any component ???

Also heard alot about AMD processor's heating, high temperature, and power consumption, do they all apply to FX-6300 as well ? what i mean is are these 3 thing acceptable or very high ???

The cpuboss comparison lists power consumption figures, so you shouldn't have to ask me about that. I haven't used an FX-6300, so I'm not sure I can allay your concerns about the heat and temperature. They'd probably be acceptable if you don't overclock, though. You're fine as far as compatibility and parts fitting in the case, though I don't know what psu you have.

Sir I request you solve to these last doubts of mine so that i can go ahead and purchase my system...

1. which motherboard keeping in mind all my requirements and concerns of heating etc ? asus m5a78l-m/usb3 or gigabyte ga-78lmt-usb3 ? and why ? ( wont be overclocking much as i dont think it will be required as per my usage)

2. my recomended psu is 260w, so what psu i should use ?

3. is smps and psu same ? if yes then will a cabinet with 420w psu/smps will be fine ?

4. will my entire fx - 6300 system's heat and temperature would be very high or a little high as compared to my current system (pentium dual core e5200) ???

5. and lastly any of your knowledge tips and advises to lower the heating and temperatures (which extra fan, heatsinks, etc ) ?

THANKS !!!
