I am using a Asus notebook. The screen would not light up[the PC seem to be on] but will not light up without plugging in the

Notebook is already fully charge but will not light up the screen without plugging charger

Remove the battery, plug in the AC line and turn the system on. Let it run for a bit, plug the battery back in, and then unplug the charger. See what happens to the screen.

If you get the same behavior, you should contact Asus and see if their support can assist.
