ASrock H77 Pro4/MVP no GFX output

Hi Guys,

First new build for sometime, finally put everything togeather, powered up and nothing.

Well not nothing CPU fan and case fans power up, but no GFX out put from either the on board or from the new gfx card.

The monitors detect they are being plugged in but go directly to standby mode.

Any ideas?

did you plug in the eight pin power plug on the edge of the motherboard??? did you try booting with just the onboard video and one ram dimm to see if it was a bios bug. on some mb the bios rev has to be a a set rev to boot some cpu. did you check with the mb vendor under there cpu guild and see if your mb bios is a a rev that will post??
