Hello.

I'm looking on build my Gaming PC from the scratch. I've read a lot in this past days, but I can't figure how to get the best configuration for my budget. I have a 1000$ budget, although I already have a monitor, a case and the OS. Would be great if I could get every part either from Newegg or Amazon, because a friend of mine is going to the US and I want to simplify things for him.

I'd like to get some advices from you on this build that I've picked. Thanks in advance for your
answers.. also, I left some spare budget for you guys to help me to upgrade it and to protect myself from price deviations

change the PSU. That one is junk. Antec, XFX, Corsair, Seasonic. 650w is plenty.

You really want a 120gb SSd. it is really the minimum you should go for.

Everything else looks good.

I second this as a good build, the psu is overkill though.

Where in the US will he be? if he is near a microcenter location you can get the i5-4670k for $199 at the moment.

He is going to Miami, FL. Is there any Microcenter stores there? Also, if anyone knows any stores with good prices down there, it would be very helpful.

And why this PSU is junk? I know that would be better getting a Seasonic/Corsair/Antec, but it's listed as Tier 2 on this list: http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx

And thanks for all the answers, they've been very helpful
