Whenever I turn on my computer this error pops up whether I start up using safe mode or normally. I don't have the disk, so I can't backup off of that. The first screen I see is blue and I can select f9 for boot menu, f10 for setup, and f12 for network. The second screen it goes to is the windows error recovery screen which asks if I want to star normally or use safe mode. If I select safe mode it shows all the drivers and then goes to the error screen or if I do it normally it says starting windows and then goes to the error screen. My computer is a windows 7 64 bit service pack 1 and again, I lost the disks so I cannot restart my computer that way. Is there anything I can do or am I s.o.o.l?

I don't think there's any way to fix your problem without a Windows 7 installation disc. Either the hard drive is failing, in which case you'll need the disk (and the license key) to re-install Windows 7, or Windows is so corrupt that you'll need the disc to repair the installation.
