Hello recently I logged onto my pc and it started up normal same frames ect. but then like one minute later the compujter runs at like 3 fps from games to the internet it all runs slow. So i turned off and restarted my pc and the same thing happened . and im am sorry for all the typos its really hard to type when my pc is so slow. also I checked the CPU on the task manager and everything is running fine nothing out of the ordinary can someone please help.
