Tonight I was on my computer while I was on Google Chrome, and it randomly shut down.
When I tried booting it back up, it gave me this message... "Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key".. any time you'd click any key it'd just repeat the sentence.
I'm not very tech savvy when it comes to dealing with these kinds of issues.
At first.. I check the BIOS and moved the order at which it boots around.
I then tried moving it all to the default settings of startup.
I then tried checking any loose cables connected to my hard drive/motherboard.
I'm all out of options.. the only thing I can think of is that something triggered my OS to fail.. any ideas?
