The system in my sister pendrive is FAT32 while my pendrive system is exFAT. When I open a video clip that has been copied in my pendrive, it says' the video clip is corrupted 'and' Windows Media Player can not play the file. The Player MIGHT not support the file type or MIGHT not support the codec that's was Used to compress the file "while a video clip that has been copied in my sister's pendrive is curiously can watch. Is this problem caused due exFAT system in my pendrive? How do I change the exFAT file system to FAT32 as the file system, caused there is no written FAT32 at the 'select format'?

What happens if you copy the same video clip (the one that won't play from your pendrive) to your sister's pendrive? Will it play then or do you get the same error? The only way to know for sure is to use the same file. What operating system is your sister using? Is she on a PC or Mac? You may find these links useful (instructions on to format a drive as FAT32 from a command prompt):

FAT32 has a file size limitation of 4GB. In other words if a drive is formatted using FAT32 you can't copy a file larger than 4GB to that drive.
