ok so I've bought a PowerColor Radeon HD 6770, but I'm afraid that my PSU will heat and fire up. So will it run on my PC?

Intel Core i3 530 @2.93GHz
Palit GeForce 240 1gb ddr5
1TB Seagate
acbel ce2 power 500w
ASRock H55m-LE
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
4GB RAM

I'm about to replace my old video card because I'm about to play Crysis 3 and my geforce doesn't support DX11. So will my Radeon HD 6770 run on my PSU?

And BTW, where can i buy a molex to 6-pin adapter in the philippines, because the gpu didn't come with it?

More about : run

You can order a 6 pin adapter from ebay, I'm not familiar with your psu, so I can't tell you if it will fail with your new card.
You can always try it out and see how well it operates.

I believe it should run, give it a try, the 6770 isn't too power hungry

More info, the side panel of the box says that the video card needs at least 450W and one X16 lane graphics slot available on the motherboard. I'm scared for my PSU. What are those and does my motherboard meet the requirements?

Oh, and btw, there's a Palit GeForce 630 which also has DX11 and 2048MB, is it worth getting? And it doesn't require an external power supply? (But it's only on DDR3)

Edit: I just saw a forum on other websites and that if your PSU doesn't have a 6-pin PCIe, it means that it doesn't support high end video cards. Is this true because they said that my PC could just lose power and shutdown or fry my PSU?
My PSU is currently in a 230V.
