[SOLVED] Corsair 1600 4gb ram running at 1333

MY corsair CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9 is running at 1333 mhz as shown by win 8
but bios of my intel dz75ml 45k board are showing 1600mhz
i have selected xmp profile but still not working

My specifications
4 gb corsair ram CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9
1gb zotac gt440
intel core i3 3220
intel dz75ml 45k board
450 watt intex psu

What does CPU-Z say? 667 or 800?

Its saying DRAM Frequency 800.6 MHZ

But while using CPU-Z ,
SPD/memory selection: Slot 2
Than It is Showing Max Bandwidth PC3-10700 (667mhz)
