4.5GHz should be pretty easy

you dont need a 750 watt psu for that build , A 600 watt psu would be fine

This, 750W is overkill!

I can't seem to find a good semi-modular power supply for a great price at that rating and it's only a few bucks extra for a 750W. I'm concerned about the placement of the plugs for the cables as well since they could get in the way of the GPU. I'm now leaning towards this PSU though http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
I'm open to suggestions on the PSU.

One more thing. Should I consider a closed loop such as the Kraken X40 instead of the EVO? The Prodigy M case has badly designed airflow that appears to favor water cooling.
