Ive been having terrible performance with my 7970. All radeon setting are set to performance and Ive tried overclocking cpu to ~3.8 now and Im still running at 60 fps benchmark. Drivers Im using are currently the ones which offer the highest performance and the bios is fully updates. I have no idea on how I should approach this.
Some specs:
3.8 GHz oct core AMD
8gb 2000 Mhz ram
900W PSU
Asus m5a97 Evo motherboard (Epu disabled)
I ran tests benchmarking. My results from my card being in the x4 slot are on the right of the image and the results from the x16 slot is on the left.
