What is the best graphic card for a e2200 at 2.2ghz?

Title says all. I currently have a radeon 6670 2gb ddr3

Nopes!

The 7750 is a better option! 270X will result in a bottle neck!

7750 + e2200 = no bottle neck for any settings
7770 + e2200 = bottle neck at ultra settings, but not noticeable at high settings

Ofcourse You will get an increase in fps with 7770!
