USB 2.0 port gives code 43 error and USB 3.0 code 29. They both charge devices pluged in and they both have newest drivers. Only USB 1.1 still works after disabling 2.0. Tried everything. Any ideas? I have Windows 7 x64 Ultimate the rest of my PC is:

Graphic Card: NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT (1024 MB)
Sound: Realtek ALC662 @ Intel 82801GB ICH7 - High Definition Audio Controller [A-1], FiiO 10

That is not a motherboard with usb 3.0?!

Did you just install some drivers you found? If so remove those restart and go to the site of your motherboard manufacturer to download the right ones for your motherboard.

Nope I put 3.0 in PCI-e and installed newest drivers for it. It's installed properly. Now when i plug in a device there is no reaction at all from 3.0. And 2.0 is still Code 43.

I have a gigabyte board too,ga-ep45-ds4,and tried a card like that and that didn't work too.I don't know why and couldn't really be bothered by it.
Maybe the boards just don't recognise the signal or something.

Anyway, maybe someone else knows why and they will share it with you.

Crap. I put a lot hope in You ;)

Anyway I tried everything, all drivers reinstall all over again, upgradet BIOS, cleaned board from dust and nothing. 2.0 is also bothering me very much, how about Your. Works?
