I recently noticed a problem with my card. It has a windforce cooler with 2 fans. The problem is that it makes a srange ticking noise. I think that it is because one of the fans is hitting the plastic shroud. When i apply some pressure on it with my finger the noise stops. Some people say that it can be fixed by tightening the screws but I am not sure which ones to tighten. Do you guys know which ones exactly should I tighten or if there is another way to fix it? The noise stops when the fans are running on more than 60% .

Does the ticking become faster/slower when you change the fan speeds? Where exactly did you apply the pressure to stop the noise?

I cant say if it becomes slower or faster since I am not home now but I tried stopping the fans and found out that the noise is coming only from 1 of them. When I apply pressure to the plastic fan shroud near that fan the ticking stopps.

I had this problem with my gtx660 windforce and eventually I found out that 3 of the 6 screws underneath the fan blades had come loose and just needed tightening, immedeately the sound disappeared, see if thats your problem too but dont overtighten them
