windows recovery on acer t-180 desktop computer

hi, i have changed my computer ram memory from 500mb to 2 gb, but now i have found that it will not accept devices ie. camera, tom tom, in the usb port at the front of the computer, could anyone help with this problem please. regards. bob.

hello again Ironsounds, i have checked the wires and there does not seem to be any wires to the usb ports out, there are 2 plugs out, one marked pa with 4 wires 1yellow 1 red 2 black, also a smaller one marked pg, with same amount of wires and same colour's. do you think the computer needs a windows recovery, thats what someone suggested. many thanks for your trouble. bob.

Hello... every one of the connectors, from the front panel need to be connected to your motherboard... there will be USB and audio connections to your motherboard... ARE THEY ALL CONNECTED??? TRY re-connecting them... I feel since you had your hands in your computer for your ram install, you unplugged/bumped something by mistake... it happens all the time... check your power connectors too, and everythng for a good fit.
