Which processor is better or more cost efficient for a gtx 760? I will be playing games like league of legends, bf4, 2k14, etc.

Yes, and I am new to this stuff and I am not sure if I am putting together compatible parts. For now, I have chosen:

CPU: AMD FX-6300 6-Core
GPU: EVGA GTX 760 Superclocked w/ACX Cooler
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8Gb Kit
Power Supply: Corsair Builder Series CX 600 Watts
Motherboard: Gigabyte LGA 1155 Intel B75
